Admin Fee

$95 Per Photographic Event

This covers the event briefing & the

event uploading time, required per event.

Photography Hours

$125 Per Photographic Hour

Billable in 15 min increments

-12% for Bulk Event Bookings

(Minimum ten a year - Weddings not included)

Studio Hours

$95 Per Studio Hour

This covers training, retouching,

resizing, client meetings & designing.

Travel Expenses

Tolls + Parking at Cost
88c per KM (as per ATO allowances)

$60 per Travel Hour after first 30 Min​

Minimum Callout Fee

$345 per Event - 2Hrs + Admin Fee

Cancelation Fee

Cancel or postponement of your Event, must

be advised in writing. If notice is received 

within 30 days of the event date, a $95 fee

will apply, unless AKR is able to secure

another event of equal value.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice

date. Images available within 48 hours after

the event, however usage rights are only

granted once full payment is received.

 

Kind Reminder 

If I am booked during food service, an

equivalent meal to the guest is to be provided.
